BUILDING ON A SOLID FOUNDATION
Our product ancestor was developed during the middle 1970's exclusively for the new construction foundation waterproofing market. Since then MILLIONS of newly constructed homes nationwide have been the beneficiaries of this unique technology. While this product was available for new construction, it was not made available for existing homes as it was not durable enough once the foundations walls became wet. The owner of an existing home with a foundation water intrusion problem was not a candidate for these products. Regrettably, these homeowners were generally relegated to installing interior baseboard drains, sump pumps, wall sealants, and other band aid cures which are designed to merely deal with the symptoms, and not the cause. Interior systems just redirect the water after it gets inside and the damage is already done. As builders, common sense tells us that a structure must be waterproofed on the outside, not on the inside as the vast majority of our competition is doing. Our exclusive system is designed to stop the problem at the source. The photographs on this page are examples as to the potential dangers of installing typical "interior" waterproofing systems.

Being Master Builders and Owners of a Waterproofing Company ourselves, we were never convinced that this same type process would not work on existing homes providing we could develop products durable enough to deal head-on with previously wet foundation walls.
