Do I have to be a Contractor?

                YES!  That's our requirement.

I'm not a Contractor but I'm a Great Salesperson, do I qualify?

                 Sorry, but the answer is no.  We are not looking for salespeople.

I guess I' ll have to buy expensive Machinery, right?

                 That's your option.  Equipment rental companies in your area have just about everything you will need.  Best of all you can rent this equipment at very reasonable rates for periods of 1 day to 1 month or longer if need be.  You will need to purchase some equipment prior to doing your first job.

Do I need to rent office space?

                Only if you want to.  You can easily run this low overhead business out of your home. You will need a "heated" warehouse space about the size of a standard 1 car garage (or less) to store your materials, but that's down the road as we do not want you to purchase any material until you are ready to use it.  We don't believe that you should be required to tie your money up in a warehouse. 

Does this really work on crawlspaces?

                Sure does.  Basements and Crawlspaces alike.  We have proven it over the years.  We keep the foundation walls dry, and that's what it's all about...period! 

Just what do you teach in your training classes?

                Everything you will need to know about our business.

How long do these training sessions last?

                Just 3 days, Wednesday through Friday, and you're well on you way home by 2pm Friday. 

Are you really going to be available to give me proper support?

                You bet your boots, we'll let you ask any of our existing Licensees that question.  Remember, if you don't succeed we don't succeed.  

How much money do I need to get started?

                Very Little.  Your cash out-of-pocket investment would be $10,000. payable on the first day of training and not before.  We carry the balance as previously mentioned.  You'll easily earn this investment back after the first few jobs.

Your "Licensee Confidence Program" sounds too good to be true.  Whats the catch?

              There isn' t any.   You won't find a better program available in the world. 

What happens if I fail, and what about the money I'll still owe you?

                That's not likely, but anything can happen.  In that remote case, just walk away.  You will not owe us another penny.  It's that simple and we put in writing.

I'm a skeptic, how do I know this isn't just another internet scam?

                That's an easy one.  We require that each prospective Licensee go through a four step diligence process wherein you will prove for yourself, without our interference, that this is a valid offer.  We'll require that you speak to several of our existing Licensees and many of our retail customers after first checking out the numbers for yourself.  You will also be supplied with a copy our Licensing Agreement, to review, long before signing.  We're not interested in anyone who would buy a "pig in a poke".  You'll very quickly prove to yourself that this opportunity is real and that we have absolutely nothing to hide.

Okay, let' s say this is the "Real Deal", just how much money can I really make?

               Provided you are willing to put forth the effort, just two jobs per week will gross nearly One-Million-dollars per year.  This will put Five to Six-Hundred-Thousand-Dollars directly in your pocket.  Once your two man crew is experienced they'll be capable of completing about three to four jobs per week.  Two crews will double these numbers and so on.  YOUR PROFIT WILL BE WELL IN EXCESS OF 50% EVERY TIME.  You can do the math from here.

Where do you have territories available?

                Currently we have Licensees in 13 states.  While several states are completely gone, territories in others are currently available and each available territory meets or exceeds our requirements for population and number of housing units.  If you've received an e-mail communication or mailer today chances are your area is available.

How do I find out if the area where I live is available now?

                Contact us and we'll be glad to let you know.  No strings attached.   Territories don't last very long and we operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Will you continue to "hound" me if I do contact you?

        No way, that's not our style.  You're an adult and you can make up your own mind once we've answered your questions.  There's no need for our interference.  After we speak any subsequent contact is totally up to you.  That's a promise!
